Cancellation Policy

Snow Removal Services All cancellations are subject to a $50 cancellation fee, regardless of the reason for cancellation. No refunds will be issued for any cancellations made on or after February 1st. If services have already begun at the time of cancellation, the customer is responsible for any charges for work already completed, in addition to the cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted via email, phone, or through the customer’s account (if available). The cancellation is not considered complete until confirmed by our team.

Terms & Conditions

  • 1. Service Agreement By scheduling or purchasing snow removal services, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions and the Cancellation Policy.
  • 2. Service Timing Snow removal timing may vary depending on storm severity, accumulation levels, and route schedules. While we aim to provide prompt service, exact service times cannot be guaranteed.
  • 3. Access to Property Customers must ensure the driveway/area is accessible. If equipment cannot safely enter the property due to obstacles, vehicles, or unsafe conditions, service may be delayed or canceled. Full charges may still apply.
  • 4. Weather & Safety Conditions Service may be paused or delayed during extreme weather conditions deemed unsafe. Our priority is the safety of our operators and equipment.
  • 5. Refunds Refunds are only available prior to February 1st, minus the $50 cancellation fee. After February 1st, no refunds will be issued for any reason.
  • 6. Liability We are not responsible for damage caused by hidden objects beneath snow (such as extension cords, landscaping lights, or lawn items). Customers must ensure the area is clear prior to snowfall when possible.
  • 7. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and apply to all customers moving forward.
